DIWAX refreshes all local record counters whenever you log in to the DIWAX remote server. Therefore, if you are working on more than one local DIWAX client with the same UserID (say, your office desktop and a notebook) make sure to
| 1) | upload your content before switching from one client to anther and to |
| 2) | refresh your local profile on the next client by quickly logging in before creating new metadata |
Otherwise you run the risk to produce duplicate record identifiers on different clients that overwrite each other when being uploaded.
